I'm obsessed with this Canadian company. I drink their Matcha almost every single day, and their Hojicha a few evenings a week. After listening to Dr. G's Heal Thy Self podcast on toxicity and quality of matcha products - I went on a hunt. I requested 3rd party lab test results and I was blown away at their Certificate of Analysis. Heavy metal free and some of the highest levels of L-theanine and EGCG I could find on the market.
